Their service offering and advice includes: technical due diligence surveys; condition surveys and feasibility studies; full M&E design and project management; integrated systems; planned maintenance and lifecycle costing; term consultancy; licence to alter; dilapidation terminal schedules and assessments; vendors’ surveys and technical guidance.
Savills also offer their clients a full spectrum of Energy and Sustainability services, from corporate strategy through to implementing and delivering NZC initiatives on existing assets across their clients’ portfolios.

“I have been with Unova for 5 months moved from a a much larger organization. The move did not only change the type of work I do, but also the way I do it, as well as the timescales. Being in a large firm, with big multi million projects to work on, the process of design all the way to Construction can be slow, and takes time to actually see the finished buildings. The work can sometimes tends get repetitive.
